Join Team Tijani.

Team Tijani is a small, close-working private wealth management office in Abu Dhabi. We value collaboration and thoughtful inquiry in every aspect of our counsel. Much of what we are valued for rests on our work being completed accurately and on time.

Each person has a visible role in the experience of the families who place their trust in us, whether their work concerns investments, reporting, personal assets or the day-to-day running of the office. Responsibility arrives early, colleagues are within reach throughout the day, and the work you prepare reaches the family it was intended for.

Working at Team Tijani

Our culture offers the pace and exposure of a boutique environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues and gain a broad view of how private capital is managed across investment and personal affairs.

The people who do well here take ownership of a task from the first request through to the answer and raise a question early when the position is uncertain.

Tasks are varied, and so Team Tijani employees must be adaptable and think quickly. One week may involve reviewing an investment report or coordinating a specialist advisor; the next may focus on a family’s property arrangements or a time-sensitive request.

What We Look For

  • Experience gained in family offices, private banking, investment management, professional services or senior private client support
  • A standard of confidentiality that holds inside the office and outside it
  • Written work a reader can act on immediately
  • Attention to detail alongside an understanding of the wider position
  • Composure when a request arrives at short notice
  • English is essential across the firm; Arabic is an advantage
